Experience:
During a fieldwork day, there was an unexpected change in the activity schedule due to unplanned intervention in a work zone with electrical risk. This required modifying work permits, conducting new risk assessments, and reorganizing task execution in real time.

1. What was the outcome of the experience?
We managed to reorganize the activities safely, avoiding exposure to uncontrolled risks. Other tasks that did not require intervention in that area were prioritized, and the project was able to continue without a full stop. No incidents occurred, which was a very positive outcome.

2. How did your flexibility and adaptability help you face the situation?
My flexibility allowed me to accept the change without resistance and immediately collaborate with the team to review the risk assessment, update the work permit, and guide personnel on the new procedures. Adaptability was key to clearly communicating the changes and maintaining control over safety conditions.

3. Would you change anything to handle it better?
Yes. Having pre-established contingency protocols for unplanned events like this would have been helpful. It would have allowed us to act more quickly and reduce decision-making time.
